CERVICAL PULPOTOMY IN MATURE PERMANENT TOOTH WITH CARIOUS EXPOSURE: 3-YEAR-FOLLOW UP CASE REPORT

Objective. The objective of this case study is to manage irreversible pulpitis in a mature permanent molar with conservative and cost-effective therapy, which cervical pulpotomy. Summary. A pulpotomy was performed on the second mandibular an 30-year-old female patient.Taking age patient condition underlying pulp tissue into account, planned preserve vitality intact root pulps using MTA. Follow-up examinations at 1 month, 3 months, 6 year years revealed positive clinical radiological results. high success rate reported also all systematic reviews for suggests that procedure can offer alternative canal treatment teeth pulpitis.
